    Backstory: Last year when I went off to college, my mom made sure that I had a bunch of vitamins and supplements to take with me.     An Honest Talk About Eating Habits

    Today’s blog post was not going to be about this. While it was going to be health related, after stopping at the grocery store with my mom and spontaneously buying a cookie from the delicious Monica’s Gourmet Cookies (the signature chocolate chip to be exact) I realized that my eating habits have changed. And that it’s actually in a good way. Because honestly, I’m not as in shape as I was last year. Last year, I had way more dance classes and went to the gym multiple times a week.
