More often than not, I’m not in the mood to actually go to gym. I have to basically be dragged there some days! Don’t get me wrong, I love working out and more specifically taking classes like barre or yoga, but driving to the gym to use the equipment after a long day of classes or work just seems like even more work.
My friend Mackenzie ( @mfraimfitness ) helped me put together an easy at home workout that anyone can do in the comfort of their own home. You can click the PDF and download it below for FREE!
To clarify the PDF, each broken up line signifies it’s own set, so all together there are only four sets. If you feel comfortable with this workout, feel free to find your own way to make it a little more challenging!
I’ll be doing this workout each day when I’m not working out at the gym, hiking, or doing some other activity! It’s going to be especially helpful on the days where I work long shifts and want to get a quick workout in.
Having friends like Mackenzie is one of the things that keeps me accountable with working out. Not only is she such a sweetheart and super motivating, but she is always encouraging and supportive. My brother Nick is another person who keeps me accountable, because he’s at the gym atleast 5 days a week! (I’ve been working out with him lately and my abs are starting to show more! Woo hoo!)
